How TeamBuilt started
TeamBuilt started from a simple operational problem: planning teams was harder than it should have been.
As projects multiplied and priorities shifted, it became difficult to understand real capacity, spot overload early, and answer basic planning questions with confidence. Existing tools either focused too much on tasks or didn’t provide the visibility needed for real resource planning.
So we built TeamBuilt to solve that gap — a platform focused on team visibility, workload balance, and planning clarity. What began as a practical internal need became a product designed to help modern teams plan more realistically and deliver more predictably.
