Teambuilt helps teams plan people and projects in one place—who is assigned to what, when, and at what capacity. It is built for managers, PMs, and operations teams who need a clear view of workload without juggling spreadsheets.

How do I get started?

Sign up, invite your team, and add your projects and roles. You can import or enter data step by step; most teams see a useful timeline within their first session. In-app guidance and our docs walk you through the basics.

Is my data secure?

We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure. You control who sees what inside your organization. For details on hosting, compliance, and data handling, see our Security or Privacy page.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. We offer a 30-days trial so you can test core workflows with your real structure. No long-term commitment is required to explore the product.

How does billing work?

Plans are billed per organization or per seat (whichever applies). You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel according to your plan terms. Invoices and receipts are available in your account billing section.

How do I get help if something breaks or I have a question?
